How much does pallet rack cost?

Price depends on pallet positions, rack height, beam capacity, decking, freight and installation. Send your pallet size, heaviest load per level, clear height and building size for a free CAD layout and an itemized quote. We sell new material only.

How much weight can pallet rack hold?

There is no single capacity for pallet rack: beam capacity is per pair, per level, while frame capacity depends on height and beam spacing. We size beams and frames from your heaviest pallet and provide load plaques for the specified configuration.

What type of pallet rack do I need?

Selective teardrop rack is the starting point for mixed SKUs. Pushback stores 2–6 pallets deep per SKU with LIFO rotation; pallet flow suits FIFO or dated stock; drive-in suits bulk inventory with few SKUs; cantilever supports long loads; carton flow serves case picking.

How long does it take to get and install pallet rack?

Standard teardrop sizes often quick-ship; high-density systems and non-standard sizes take longer, and lead time is confirmed on your quote. Installation time depends on bay count and site readiness. We coordinate delivery and the installation schedule with your operations lead.

Do you install pallet rack?

Yes. We handle design, supply and installation with experienced installation crews we schedule and manage. Your layout and itemized quote define the work, and the rack is anchored to the floor before handover.

Our Warehouse Racking Products

Six rack systems address different storage and picking needs across Seattle and the Puget Sound region. Many buildings benefit from combining two systems.

Also called selective pallet rack

Every pallet reachable, every time. The baseline we size everything else against.

Drive-In Rack

Also called drive through pallet racking

Deep storage lanes replace interior access aisles; the forklift enters the structure to handle bulk pallets.

Choosing Between Rack Types

Four things guide the answer: how many SKUs you carry, how many pallets you hold of each one, how fast product turns, and how much height the building gives you.

Many SKUs with a pallet or two each point to selective pallet rack. Several pallets of the same item favor pushback. Date-driven rotation calls for pallet flow. Large volumes of a few items in a tight footprint suit drive-in. Long material needs cantilever, and case picking needs carton flow.
